We are currently looking for fire departments that are willing to evaluate our products and provide feedback to make the next generation of systems even better.

Emergency Responder Solutions are proud to offer our Fire Department Evaluation Program.

Requirements:

  • Request must be made via Department Letterhead or email from a Battalion Chief or higher
  • Requests are for single units only(Integrated & stand-alone versions)
  • Evaluation period is for 30 days unless otherwise extended.(all extensions must be pre-approved and not extended past 90days from sale date)
  • Evaluating department must be willing pay 50% of the retail cost at the time of evaluation.
  • If the evaluating department does not meet the evaluation requirements, they must agree to pay with remainder of the retail cost of the evaluation unit sent at the end of the evaluation period.
  • Department must agree to return any units at the end of the established evaluation period in unsatisfied. All returned units will be evaluated upon return and must be in a resell-able condition for the full refund.

Benefits:

  • If the evaluating department is completely satisfied with our product and provides a written recommendation on department letterhead(signed by a Battalion Chief or higher) and provides a picture of our product on their apparatus, we refund the cost of the unit.
  • If the evaluating department buys five or more units evaluated, we will credit the cost of the evaluation unit toward the cost of the purchased units.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the evaluation unit,  a full refund of the evaluation fee will be given once the products are shipped back and evaluated. All returned products must be in resell-able condition upon arrival at our facility.

Emergency Responder Solutions will not be held responsible for returning any item modified to work with our system back to its original condition, this includes(but not limited to) modifications to siphon tubes. Failure to return the units at the end of the evaluation period or returned in a resell-able condition is subject to the evaluation department being held responsible for the full retail cost of the units.
