Yellow Jacket 1011/1075(DOT) Mini-Flare Kit

Yellow Jacket Propane/BHO Mini-Flare Kit

Engineered for professional use by properly trained First Responders such as Firefighters and Hazardous Materials personnel, the Yellow Jacket Propane/BHO Mini-Flare Kit is a compact, versatile, engine-level flaring solution designed to safely flare both propane and butane cylinders.

This kit is specifically optimized for the low vapor pressure characteristics of butane, making it an ideal tool for Butane-Hash Oil (BHO) Lab mitigation and other hazardous materials incidents involving pressurized gas cylinders. With comprehensive adapter compatibility, first responders can quickly and safely connect to and flare nearly any DOT-certified propane or butane cylinder encountered in the field.

The kit features the ISO 7241-1 Series B quick coupler system, which allows this system to be used with many of the existing flaring systems currently deployed throughout the industry including the Propane QRF (Quick Reaction Fitting) Kit, providing enhanced operational flexibility during emergency responses.

Kit Includes:

  • (1) 2-Piece Yellow Jacket Propane/Butane Flare with integrated pilot (flaring product used for the pilot light)
  • (1) Control Valve assembly with Pressure Gauge
  • (1) Stainless Braided Strain Relief Hose
  • (1) CGA510 (POL) Adapter
  • (1) CGA555 Adapter
  • (1) QCC Adapter
  • (1) CGA790 (forklift) Adapter
  • (1) CGA350 Adapter
  • (1) CGA600 (1 lb cylinder) Adapter
  • (1) 1/4″ RV Quick Connect Adapter
  • Set of Male JIC Adapters (-04, -06, -08, -10 dash sizes)
  • Set of Female JIC Adapters (-04, -06, -08, -10 dash sizes)

Note: Product images show a 25′ hose, which is sold separately.

Key Benefits:

  • Universal Compatibility — Connects to virtually all common propane and butane cylinder valve types plus industry-standard ISO 7241-1 Series B quick couplers.
  • Built for Safety — Integrated pilot, pressure monitoring, and robust stainless braided hose provide reliable performance under demanding emergency conditions.
  • Compact & Portable — Designed to fit easily into response kits or vehicle compartments for rapid deployment.
  • BHO Lab Ready — Optimized performance on low-pressure butane systems commonly found in illicit lab environments.
  • Interoperable — Works seamlessly with many existing flaring systems already in service and ERS’s Propane QRF(Quick Reaction Fitting) Kit.

This professional-grade flaring kit supports safe cylinder venting and mitigation operations, helping trained responders manage pressurized gas hazards effectively and reduce risks on scene.

Intended for use by properly trained First Responders such as Firefighters and Hazardous Materials personnel only. Always follow your department’s protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable safety standards when operating this equipment.
